I’m a technology leader with 20+ years building and modernizing enterprise systems under real operational constraints.
I’ve served as a Director of Applications & eCommerce at a high-volume manufacturer, leading full platform replacements: ERP, CRM, eCommerce, CMS, and custom manufacturing systems. I’ve delivered AI-driven projects including scheduling optimization and image recognition/vectorization, built cloud-first infrastructure on Azure and AWS, and led teams through high-growth periods and acquisitions.
Before that, I scaled a technology org from 3 to 200+ people as the company grew from $30M to $780M, with deep hands-on experience in supply chain systems, ERP integrations, and API architecture.
I started BigUpshift because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations with real AI potential stuck at the pilot stage, with no path to production. Every engagement I take on ends with working software, documentation, and a team that owns what was built. No ongoing dependency on me.
